Definitely a high speed operation. Busiest diner for
miles and miles around yet a customer is never rushed.
The waitresses have been around forever and seem to know
everyone who comes in the place by name. No kitchen door
here.
It's wide open for everyone to see.
An hour in this place every morning will give anyone
all of the entertainment they will ever need. There is not
a better collection
or cross section of characters anywhere. When the day
starts going downhill all you
have to do is think back as to how wacky that hour at the
diner was and the day
turns right around.
