Nick's is located in a strip mall just west the I-95
Okeechobee Boulevard exit. While hardly a diner in the
purest form, Nick's is a 50's theme restaurant with all the
trimmings including a vintage jukebook which looks like it
was stolen from the set of the TV show "Happy Days."
Plenty of neon on the interior, Marilyn Monroe posters,
black and white checkered floors, and booths with bright
red vinyl upholstry complete the look. Nick's does have a
small counter with stools that swivel, but everyone seems
to prefer booth or table seating. You won't find anything
unusual on the menu, but the guy in the kitchen seems to be
a competent hash slinger. Nick's convienent location makes
it a great rest stop if you happen to be passing through
West Palm Beach on I-95.
