Pete, Chris and Anne Shuppy, the owners, put their personal
touch into everything. Pete adds the hometown flavor to
the conversations, and Anne does her excellent work with
homemade pies and cakes. The food is outstanding, and the
portions are very generous to say the least. All the food
served is fresh and hot, and the prices are not in keeping
with the inflation of the nineties. The value for the
dollar is exceptional. Their pledge (well kept) is "Top
quality service, the finest quality food and the best
possible prices." The Shuppys do an excellent job as the
hosts of the Highspire Diner, and make you welcome now, and
eager to return.
