Any house special on the board is going to be an
out-of-diner experince.
The operator/cook, Stef (the anti-chef)is the skinny
white guy infront of the grill.
Although he's sling'n hash and insults at the
customers and staff, he's a well trained chef with
"A fancy pants degree" ((wich may explain why he just
can't get homefries right))
Ms. Allison will do her best to keep your coffee full
and
Ms. Michelle will keep the cook from attacking single
patrons who take up a four seat booth to read their paper
on a busy Sunday.
And fear not the rough exterior while Rt.20 is being
repaved, Fear the bathrooms.
(P.S. Don't make fun of the pretty blue car, it's going
to be a big pile of rot soon)
